I had a blast this year in Huntington Beach, CA at the US Open of Surfing. The stars aligned and Nick Romero of The Ave in Venice Beach and Steve Van Doren of Vans hooked up the VIP wrist bracelets for front row views of the during and skating. Hanging with Ed Templeton, Steve Van Doren and Tony Alba was a great way to spend a hot summer day.
Nick showed me his Lacer Hats and showed me some funny shoes he's been making at The Ave Venice Beach.
