Q: I want to order some custom shoes, How does it work?

First we discuss the custom design you want. We find out what brand/style/color/size shoes you want. Once you're ready to place your order, we will send you a 50% deposit invoice. When we see your order come in, we will purchase the base shoes and once they arrive at our Shoedio, we will begin the design process.
Q: How much does a pair of custom B Street Shoes cost?
A: All custom artwork starts at $500.

Q: What do you use to paint the shoe?
A: We use acrylic paints and inks. All the materials used are water proof and can withstand the rain. Each pair is coated with a protection gloss to ensure your artwork stays. The artwork is 100% permanent and will not come off. Guaranteed.
Q: Do I send you the shoes?
A: If you already have a pair of shoes you want us to paint, yes you can send them in. But generally we purchase the shoes.
Q: How long until I get my shoes?
A: The current wait time for painted shoes is around 4-6 weeks. That includes ordering the shoes online, getting them shipped to us, doing the artwork and shipping them to you. Our wait time can increase during the holidays due to a higher volume of orders and delays in supply chains.

Q: What if I want a different type of shoe than I see on the website?
A: We will customize any type of shoe with any type of design! You also find designs not listed on the site over on our instagram that we've done for past clients. We reserve the right to use the most recent model of shoe available. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We are happy to work with you on making your dream shoes a reality.
Q: If I live outside of the United States, will I be charged an import fee?
A: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final. Please double check your shoe size before ordering. If you have any issues, please contact us.
Q: I see my item has shipped but it's not tracking.
A: Shipping labels are printed and boxes are generally shipped next business day. Please allow 48 hours from shipping notification confirmation to track package. International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International which generally do not track all the way to the destination.
* As of June 2020, we also ship intl via DHL.
Q: Can I get a shoutout on Instagram?
A: Sure. If I post your shoes when I'm done I can tag your Instagram username. Just let me know what your username is in the 'notes' at checkout.
Q: Why are the pictures for custom orders sometimes stuff from google/not Bstreet shoes?
A: For custom orders, images in the listing do not reflect the actual final design. Usually they are inspo images provided by our customer to help us visualize their request. We will never rip off another follow artist since as artists, we pride ourselves in creating original work.
Q: I have custom project I'm interested in that's not shoes, can you do this?
A: Feel free to send us a message as we do take on other custom projects depending on what it is/within our ability to do so. We've customized skateboards, boxing gloves, etc...
