Q: I want to order some custom shoes, How does it work? 

A. First we discuss the custom design you want. I find out what brand/style/color/size shoes you want. Once you're ready to place your order, I will send you an invoice. When I see your order come in, I will get the shoes you want, paint them and ship to you.

Q: What do you use to paint the shoes?

A: I use  acrylic paints and inks.  All the materials used are water proof and can withstand the rain.  Each pair is coated with a protection gloss to ensure your artwork stays. The artwork is 100% permanent and will not come off. Guaranteed. 

Q: Do I send you the shoes? 

A: If you already have a pair of shoes you want me to paint, yes you can send them to me. But generally I am the one who purchases the shoes. Usually I'm buying the Nikes from Footlocker.com and getting them shipped directly to my studio to paint. Then I ship to you.

Q: How long until I get my shoes?

A: The current wait time for painted shoes is 4-6 weeks.  That includes ordering the shoes online, getting them shipped to me, doing the artwork and shipping them to you. I will update this page as the wait time changes.

Q: How do I order a pair of B Street Shoes?

Q: How much does a pair of custom B Street Shoes cost?

A: Prices vary, so please browse through my shop to see the prices.  Custom artwork generally starts at $199.  More expensive styles (Nike Metcon, Romaleos, Cleats) starts at $249 for artwork + cost of shoe. Free shipping in USA.

Q: What if I want a different type of shoes than I see on the website?

A: I will customize any type of shoe with any type of design.  Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.  I’m happy to work with you on making your dream shoes (or hats or anything else!) a reality.

Q: If I live outside of the United States, will I be charged an import fee?

A: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival.

Q: I see my item has shipped but it's not tracking.

A: Shipping labels are printed and boxes are generally shipped next business day. Please allow 48 hours from shipping notification confirmation to track package. International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International which generally do not track all the way to the destination.

Q: Can I get a shoutout on Instagram?

A: Sure. If I post your shoes when I'm done I can tag your Instagram username. Just let me know what your username is in the 'notes' at checkout.
