What do you give someone who just bought a $41 million apartment complex? Custom Jordans, of course.
Jeremy from Walker & Dunlop reached out with the idea of creating a custom pair of Jordans as a closing gift—designed specifically for the buyer and named after the property.
The complex is called Corbin Crossing, so we thought… why not call these the Air Corbin 1s? We pulled inspiration from the Off-White Jordans and built in details that tell the story of this deal. The partners’ names were added on the uppers, along with the loan details—4.87% rate, the duration, and the amount.
To make them truly one-of-one, we added the outline of Kansas on the heels, with a star marking Overland Park where Corbin Crossing is located. On the insoles, we included custom artwork of the property itself.
And here’s how the Air Corbin 1s turned out.
