From client: Blake and I discussed a skyline design. I thought about it and have three items I'd like included. Please have the UCSB Tower on one side, the Ventura Crown Plaza & Ventura Pier in the middle, lastly, the two tallest Oxnard commercial buildings in the Topa Financial Plaza, on the opposite side. With a residential skyline linking the three. The idea is to have Santa Barbara flow into Ventura and then Oxnard.
